Just a few moments ago, the legendary Roots crew announced the lineup for their fourth-annual Roots Picnic that takes place Saturday, June 4th at Philadelphia’s Festival Pier at Penn’s Landing. The full day festival, curated by The Roots will include co-headliners Nas & Wiz Khalifa, along with Mac Miller, Yelawolf and 2011 Grammy winner Esperanza Spalding. Tickets go on sale this Friday, March 4th at 10am EST over at LiveNation.com, meanwhile you can catch the full lineup here.

Is this some kind of cry for help after the understandably upsetting leak of more Rihanna battery photos? Or is it an homage to Amber Rose? Some guys show that they’re man-fans of Amber by name-dropping her in songs, seating her on their lap at nightclubs, or tweeting “exes never change.” Chris…goes twinsies?

New Music: Willow Smith ‘21st Century Girl’ (prod. by Twin & Alke)
I’m not sure that this single is as strong as Willow’s debut, “Whip My Hair”, but “21st Century Girl” is sure to get major burn at any club where them Snookies be hanging at, lol. Willow will be performing this song on Oprah tomorrow.
After the mindnumbing snore-a-thon that was The Academy Awards.…be thankful that Charlie Sheen is back out in the world, and hitting up the publicity circuit to promote….his trainwreck life philosophy? This guy went to rehab in his living room, attacked his studio bosses, got his hit show “Two and a Half Men” shut down, vowed to keep going to work anyways, and on Tuesday, Sheen will be on 20/20…..with the best craziest quote ever:
“Yeah, I am on a drug…it’s called Charlie Sheen. It’s not available because if you try it once you’ll die. Your face will melt off and your children will weep over your exploded body. (heh heh) Too much?”

PS: I’d just like to point out that Sheen is so trill…even though this was a guy making $2-million per episode, he still didn’t feel the need to fix that one janky canine coke tooth. Ballsy! Elay on Twitter asked, what is a coke tooth? Look!

Last night, jazz-pianist Robert Glasper and his band The Robert Glasper Experiment along with Lupe Fiasco held a show at The Blue Note Jazz Club in NYC. During the performance both were joined by special guests Kanye West & Mos Def, who along with Lupe did a live cypher for those in attendance.
