DJ Khaled is celebrating the release of his new album Father of Asahd in a major way. The CEO/DJ/producer is rolling out eight music videos over the next four days. After starting the campaign off with “Higher,” Khaled returned with visuals for “Just Us” and “Celebrate.” Next up is the motion picture for “Jealous,” an early summer anthem candidate featuring Chris Brown, Lil’ Wayne and Big Sean.

The stakes are high as DJ Khaled goes around placing bets with his co-stars, while having some fun in Miami. Jennifer Lopez also makes a cameo in the 8-minute clip, co-directed by Khaled and Eif Rivera. Beyoncé, JAY-Z, Justin Bieber, Chance the Rapper, Lil’ Wayne, Cardi B, Nas, Travis Scott, Post Malone, SZA, Buju Banton, Meek Mill, Rick Ross and more make make appearances on Father of Asahd, out now.

Tyler, the Creator’s new album IGOR is out everywhere today. The rapper/producer/designer rolls out the first visual in support of the project, one for “EARFQUAKE.” CO-starring Tracee Ellis Ross, the video finds Tyler guest appearing on a television show hosted by Ross. Asked previously to not smoke on set, Tyler ignores the request. After lighting a cigarette, the studio goes up in flames with firefighters coming to the rescue. The track features vocals from Playboi Carti, Charlie Wilson and Dev Hynes.

Since the album dropped at midnight, DJ Khaled has dropped videos for “Higher” with Nipsey Hussle and John Legend, plus “Just Us” with SZA.

Continuing his flood of visuals on Friday (May 14), Khaled Khaled returns with a video for the song “Celebrate.” Co-starring Travis Scott and Post Malone, watch the trio’s chaotic surroundings come to a freezing halt in the Joseph Kahn-directed clip below.

Lil’ Nas X and his smash-hit “Old Town Road” with Billy Ray Cyrus shows no signs of slowing down. The record is set to remain at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart next week for a seventh straight week. The song has held off Taylor Swift’s new song “Me!” and Ed Sheeran’s “I Don’t Care” collaboration with Justin Bieber, which will debut at No. 2 next week.

After teasing fans all week, the Atlanta rapper and veteran country star release the music video for their chart-topping song. The visual brings the 1889 country culture to 2019, co-starring Chris Rock, Haha Davis, Rico Nasty, Diplo, Jozzy, Young Kio, and Vince Staples. Trey Songz is now a father. The R&B star created hysteria on social media on Thursday (May 16) after a cryptic post on Instagram of an infants hands. The photo started speculation that the Virginia singer welcomed a child. After deleting the post, Trigga returned to Instagram shortly after midnight confirming the news. “My son Noah. We are blessed and overjoyed. Peace 🙏🏾,” said the 34-year-old in the caption of a photo of his son Noah Neverson. Trey’s peers in the entertainment industry like Kehlani, Kevin Hart, Marlon Wayans all congratulated him on the blessing.

The roll out kicked off as the album dropped at midnight, with the chilling visual for “Higher” featuring the late Nipsey Hussle and singer John Legend. Starring Samuel L. Jackson, the 2019 recreation of the classic film Shaft is set to hit theatres on June 14th. Jessie T. Usher and and Richard Roundtree also star in the upcoming flick, directed by Tim Story. The action comedy film will be accompanied by an official soundtrack, set to drop one week earlier on June 7th. Ciara’s new album Beauty Marks released last week, featuring appearances by Kelly Rowland, Macklemore and Tekno. The R&B singer is currently on a promo run, paying a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Thursday (May 17). The Atlanta entertainer served as musical guest, performing for the show’s Mercedes-Benz concert series on the outdoor stage. The mighty Wu-Tang Clan debuted their Of Mics and Men docu-series on Showtime last week. In support of the four-part documentary directed by Sacha Jenkins, the legendary rap group release an official soundtrack. The project features four new songs, plus three skits that include bonus commentary and footage that did not make the documentary. RZA, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, Masta Killa, Cappadonna, Nas and more all contribute to the new EP.

In a statement about the soundtrack RZA says, “Wu-Tang Clan: Of Mics and Men is the definitive docuseries that explores and reveals our careers spanning over 25 years. The accompanying soundtrack is a great dose of some of those Men back on those Mics again.” Out now, stream it below.
