Skepta’s new album Ignorance Is Bliss is out everywhere at midnight, with appearances by WizKid, J Hus, KEY! and more. Before it arrives, the London MC follows “Bullet From a Gun” with a music video for the second single “Greaze Mode.” Directed by Matt Walker, Skeppy and Nafe Smallz attempt to rob a bank in the throwback clip. Armed and taking hostages, the pair try to figure out a way to getaway during the heist. Skepta is eventually tracked down and the mayhem comes to a hault.

Rumors are swirling that Max B’s release from prison is coming soon. On the heels of dropping his first record in 8 years “Hold On,” the Harlem influencer returns with “Don’t Push Me.” Featuring French Montana, the record samples Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five’s classic “The Message.” The track is set to appear on Max B’s forthcoming Coke Wave 3 mixtape.

There’s no more riding music out there right now, that’s some ancient folklore,” Max B tells Rolling Stone. “So we gotta put that back in perspective. I was coming with some funk.” Listen below.

MoneyBagg Yo released his new album 43VA HEARTLESS last week, just six months after RESET. Offset, Lil’ Durk, City Girls, Kevin Gates, Gunna and Blac Youngsta all make guest appearances on MBY’s sophomore project. To promote the LP, the Memphis rapper paid a visit to the L.A. Leakers on Power 106 in Los Angeles. Kicking it with DJ SourMilk and Justin Credible, MoneyBagg Yo dropped a freestyle over Megan Thee Stallion’s “Big Ole Freak.”

2 Chainz released his latest album Rap Or Go To The League back in March. The Atlanta rapper’s fifth studio album debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 album chart. “Rule the World” is the current single making a steady impact on radio, featuring Ariana Grande. The song, of course, samples Amerie’s 2002 hit-song “Why Don’t We Fall In Love.”

This week, 2 Chainz appeared as musical guest on The Ellen Show where he performed the record with Amerie. Watch the moment below.

Da Baby made news over the Memorial Day long weekend after an encounter at a Louis Vuitton store in his hometown of Charlotte went viral. The rising North Carolina star has been feuding with local rapper Cam Coldheart. The two crossed paths in the high-end boutique and after being trolled by Coldheart who was recording the run-in, Da Baby put matters into his own hands by serving some street justice to the clout chasing rapper.

As his “Suge” record continues to impact the charts and run through the clubs, Da Baby paid a visit to HOT 97. Appearing on The Funkmaster Flex Show, Da Baby decided to kick a freestyle to show off his lyrics. Watch it all below.

The 5th annual Lil Weezyana Fest takes place later this year, headlined by the man himself Lil’ Wayne. On Tuesday (May 28), Weezy F. Baby announced the lineup for the upcoming festival this summer. Travis Scott, Meek Mill, Trey Songz lead the pack, as Megan Thee Stallion, Saweetie, Kash Doll, Melii, Leven Kali and Akbar V round out this year’s lineup. The 2019 Lil Weezyana Fest goes down on September 7th, moved to a new location now at the Uno Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana. Music lovers planning to attend can purchase tickets starting this Friday (May 31), at 10 a.m. local time over at Ticketmaster.
