Travi$ Scott and Quavo gave music lovers the perfect Christmas gift, releasing their long-awaited Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho project nearly two weeks ago. Featuring appearances by Offset and Takeoff of Migos, the collaborative LP debuted No. 3 on the Billboard 200 album chart.

The 13-track album moved 90,000 units opening week, of which 17,000 were in traditional album sales according to Nielsen Music. Streams played a major part in the project’s success, earning 70,000 SEA units (equaling 105.3 million on-demand audio streams of the album’s songs during the week). The album only trailed Taylor Swift’s Reputation album, returning to No. 1 with 107,000 equivalent album units (79,000 were in traditional album sales) and Ed Sheeran’s ÷ (Divide) and No.2 with 92,000 units, powered by his Beyoncé-featured “Perfect” remix, enjoying three straight weeks on top of the Hot 100.

MadeinTYO and Metro Boomin made headlines last week, when rumors started swirling that the two have a collaborative project on the way. Despite releasing the song “MadeInBoomin,” the Atlanta rapper and St. Louis producer soon after confirmed there’s no project coming and the news is false. Closing out a busy year, MadeinTYO drops a new track called “Showin Love.”

Shortly before Lil’ Wayne’s Dedication 6 arrived on Christmas Day, Weezy F. Baby revealed the mixtape has been split up into two parts. Soon after, Mack Maine confirmed Drake is one of the artists who will appear on part two.

Now moments after JAY-Z and Beyoncé debut their “Family Feud” music video, Weezy and Drizzy unleash their freestyle over the soulful track. On the remix, Drake touches on Wayne’s legal issues with Cash Money, wanting ownership in Apple Music, Meek Mill’s current legal issues and more. After the freestyle dropped online, Lil’ Wayne announced D6: Reloaded is coming soon.
