Tinashe’s Aquarius doesn’t hit stores until next week, but today she’s giving fans a full, guilt-free listen of her debut album. We’re all familiar with the singles “2 On” featuring ScHoolboy Q and the A$AP Rocky-assisted “Pretend,” but there’s equally strong appearances from Future and Devonté Hynes, too. Still, it’s Tinashe who remains the star of her own show as she serves up a seductive body of work that should definitively be on repeat this cuffing season.

Donald Glover may have reduced his role in Community (before the show got cancelled — and then renewed by Yahoo! — that is), but that doesn’t mean his acting career is on ice just yet. After lending his voice to Disney XD’s animated series, The Ultimate Spider-Man: Web Warriors, Gambino has joined the cast of Magic Mike XXL. The sequel to 2012’s stripper comedy-drama Magic Mike, the movie will also star Jada Pinkett Smith, Elizabeth Banks and Amber Heard.

We all know Bino has a habit of going shirtless at his shows, but it’s unclear whether he’ll be stripping down to his briefs in the film. Here’s the plot (via Screen Crush):

Picking up the story three years after Mike bowed out of the stripper life at the top of his game, ‘Magic Mike XXL’ finds the remaining Kings of Tampa likewise ready to throw in the towel. But they want to do it their way: burning down the house in one last blow-out performance in Myrtle Beach, and with legendary headliner Magic Mike sharing the spotlight with them. On the road to their final show, with whistle stops in Jacksonville and Savannah to renew old acquaintances and make new friends, Mike and the guys learn some new moves and shake off the past in surprising ways.”

Magic Mike XXL hits theaters on July 1, 2015.

We still can’t stop watching his “Real Love Never Dies” video, but here’s another honey-sweet offering from BJ The Chicago Kid. The Windy City crooner does what he does best on “Soul of a Woman,” detailing every little thing he loves about his special lady friend over gentle, jazzy production. “Nothing’s perfect but you make me happy,” might be the line that’ll melt your heart, though.

Busting out the camcorder, Sam Smith releases some footage documented over the past year from his biggest shows and festivals. For a bonus track from the deluxe edition of In the Lonely Hour, BBC’s Zane Lowe laces Smith with a mellow dance groove, “Restart.”

“Restart is one of my favourite tracks on the album and I really felt like I wanted to visualise it,” says Smith about the video. “I had such an amazing time putting this video together, remembering some incredible moments from this year and also a recent trip with my team to Brighton this summer.”

Tinashe closes out September with a double-dose of new material. After starting the morning off with her Devonté Hynes-featured song “Bet,” the singer closes the day with the video for her current single “Pretend” with A$AP Rocky. A cinematic visual relatable to her fans, Tinashe catches her on-screen boyfriend Pretty Flacko cheating, once she catches Rocky in the act, she moves on and has her fun too.

Premiered by VEVO, the song is off Tinashe’s Aquarius debut album due October 7 that can be pre-ordered on iTunes.
