Kid Cudi suffered a minor health scare during his hour-long set at Chicago’s North Coast Music Festival last night. After jumping into the photo pit to interact with fans while performing “Pursuit of Happiness,” the Cleveland rapper unexpectedly lost consciousness and collapsed. He appeared to still be out of it while being carried away by security.
Fortunately, Cudi took to Twitter after the show to assure his fans he’s doing ok and put his scare down to not eating properly before performing. His next gig is at OutKast’s homecoming concert in Atlanta on September 27, so he’ll have plenty of time to recuperate.
