Offset has found himself in trouble with the law again. A felony arrest warrant has been issued for Offset in the state of Georgia, according to WSBTV. Offset, real name Kiari Cephus, was involved in an incident at a Target store in Sandy Springs, GA last week. The video, which went viral, shows a fan filming the Atlanta star as he’s leaving the premises. Offset is seen smacking the phone out of the fan’s hand quickly after. the fan, named Richard Andrew Gibbons, tells TMZ that Offset said “get that f**kin’ phone out of my face.”

Gibbons filed a report last Friday (Apr. 26), and local police followed with an investigation leading to the arrest warrant. Gibbons claims the damaged phone was worth $800. Authorities at the Sandy Springs Police Department believe the incident was intentional, and they’re seeking a felony charge against the rapper.
