Interesting quote Jay. I could swear Jay did a full version to this song ages ago. I guess he gave it to Fab on his way out of Def Jam knowing it would pay off later? If so, Jay is master of scheming and timing lol.
no actually it was an unfinished song the hook was the most complete part so fab picked it up and jay recently laid a verse to it feeding off of fab’s flow guess he got re-inspired by fab’s approach
yeah i know. entertainment just isn’t what it used to be. i just read an interview from a lady who’s been in the tv business 40 years from doing pre mtv new music shows to fashion television and she was saying there’s nothing real exciting/daring/inventive/innovative on tv. she’s not really breaking barriers since she’s an old croonie now, but back in the day she was one of the firsts and doing things real heavy. i saw like maybe 2/5ths of this video…enough to see the same intro i’ve seen in these videos…same treatment…same storyline…same name drops from fabo…and i just didn’t have it in me to sit here and listen to this song although i like the hook…but when i heard it repeated more than 6 times i knew it was time to end this experience. meh. i mean i’m not old enough to be jaded and give up, but it’s a really really really sad look.
hey your e3global site looks interesting. very clean design.

Jay agreed to do a video as a feature? Was 50 wrong or was Jay just not feeling Free’s project?
