Travi$ Scott and Metro Boomin threw a concert at the newly opened Ford Amphitheater at Coney Island Boardwalk in Brooklyn, New York, on Tuesday night (Jul. 26). For weeks Travi$ has been teasing fans that his Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight LP would arrive “anytime soon.” During the show in Brooklyn, Scott announced the album will release next week on August 5.

“I want everybody to lock in a date right now in their brains,” said the Texas rapper/producer.”August 5th. Birds in the Trap coming soon!.” Moments before revealing the date, the man known as La Flame decided to play a new song off the album fans are called “Shit to Lose.”

Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight is lead by the single “Pick Up The Phone” featuring Young Thug and Quavo of Migos.
