Marvel has announced a whole host of castings for their upcoming Ant-Man movie, and T.I. is the biggest surprise of the bunch. While his role has yet to be revealed, the Atlanta rapper joins a cast that includes Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas and Evangeline Lilly, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Tip is no slouch on the big screen having made his debut in 2006’s ATL and going on to star in American Gangster and Takers.

Ant-Man is set to hit theaters on July 17, 2015. For those that haven’t read the comic book, here’s the official synopsis via Marvel:

Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, con-man Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.
