Tee Grizzley made a name for himself with last year’s My Moment mixtape, lead by the JAY-Z co-signed record “First Day Out.” Last week, the up-and-coming star released the song “Teetroit,” a track off the soundtrack to Kathryn Bigelow’s new film Detroit. Based on the 1967 12th Street riot in Detroit, the film’s soundtrack also features contributions by The Roots, Bilal and more.
Grizzley is now back with an official video, starring 1960s Detroit Riot participants and their families, plus influencers from the city like Meech On Mars and Page Kennedy. Watch the music video below.
