A new day and Suge Knight is back in the news. The former Death Row CEO was involved in a fight with two men on the movie set of N.W.A.’s Straight Outta Compton biopic in Compton, Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon. According to TMZ, Knight was provoked during the altercation by two men. Due to his health, Suge decided to leave the scene and whilst reversing his car, hit both men.

One of the men, reportedly named Terry Carter, died from the hit-and-run shortly after. Knight fled the scene and has not surrendered himself to authorities. The other man, named Cle “Bone” Sloane, sustained injuries and is expected to survive. Dr. Dre, Ice Cube and the Game are said to be involved with the film, but weren’t around when the incident took place.

UPDATE #1: An attorney confirms Suge Knight was the driver that killed Terry Carter.

UPDATE #2: Early Friday morning, Suge Knight arrived at a West Hollywood station, surrendering himself. Police have formally charged Suge on murder charges with bail set at $2 million.
