The L.A. County District Attorney’s Office announced on Monday afternoon that the former Death Row Records CEO was chaged with one count of murder, one count of attempted murder, and two counts of a hit-and-run, all done while currently out on bail for a robbery case in Beverly Hills last October.

Currently being held without bail, Knight will be arraigned on Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court. Due to prior convictions, this current case could end up being Suge Knight’s third strike. If convicted, he could face up to life in state prison.

The hit-and-run incident occurred last Thursday afternoon, on set of the NWA biopic Straight Outta Compton. Following an altercation in the parking lot of a Compton restaurant, Knight allegedly got in his truck, running over two men. One man was injured, while the other, identified as 55-year-old Terry Carter, died on scene. Knight soon fled the scene, surrendering himself early Friday morning. The $2 million dollar bail requested at the time was revoked, as Knight was considered a flight risk, plus possible witness intimidation.
