Rozay and his MMG crew turned the LES upside down earlier this evening. In celebration of Self Made Vol. 2‘s release, Rick Ross, Wale, Meek Mill and Stalley put on a private concert for friends, family and media heads in the tiny backyard of sneaker boutique ALIFE. By now, even if you haven’t been there, you’ve seen enough video clips and photos of the place to know how compact it really is. Rozay is almost as wide as the entire place! Haha, I’m just playing, but you get it. Tonight, I’d say ALIFE was the most packed it has ever been for one of their backyard jams. Ross kicked off the show with his verse from “Black Magic” and pretty much ran through Self Made 2 tracks back to back, with little small talk in between. The kids got buck for “Imma Boss” and “So Sophisticated” seemed to be another crowd favorite. They did about 7-8 joints all together and Maybach O even busted out a solo dance session. As usual the Loud was heavy in the air and for most part everyone was just vibing and keeping peace. Props to the ALIFE and WBR family for another great event.
