Since Prodigy was released from prison last week, he’s been quite…err… prodigious. (I’m sorry, lol) He went straight to the studio to get back to recording with the dream team, his Mobb Deep partner Havoc, super producer Alchemist, and according to Al, even Large Professor dropped in to build. Can’t wait to hear the results! Meanwhile, I hear Prodigy already has a TV sitdown planned as well. But first post-pen interview props go to Combat Jack and The Source….and thank you to them for sending over an exclusive preview of the interview for the Celebrity Drama report tonite. You can check out the full Prodigy x Combat Jack interview on TheSource tomorrow….
Audio: Prodigy speaks for the first time since his release from prison, telling Combat Jack what he thought when he was arrested with a gun in 2007 and what his prison-wellness plan was…

Welcome home, P.. I was wondering Info if you know where I can find that Freestyle that BET banned? The one that P did over Flashing lights beat?

Those two tracks alone blow away the careers of most new rappers.
Good to see P home. Hopefully he’ll be useful to self and make great music.

Great to see Prodigy clear minded, sober and looking healthy. I went out on the road with him back in ’04 for a few dates and dude was looking real unhealthy (constantly high, underweight, looking real old and tired…). Unfortunately, sometimes jail is a blessing in disguise. Dude seems real focused now! Hope he keeps it up.
