Odd Future’s Earl Sweatshirt Releases New Song Through Twitter
Posted by Mikey Fresh under New Music[14] Comments
It’s been a long time coming for Odd Future’s most lyrical rapper. After being in a Samoan reform school for some time, Earl Sweatshirt has finally surfaced. Until we get some photo proof that he’s really Stateside, check out his comeback song “Home” below.

Welcome back Earl. I’ve been patiently waiting on new/follow-up Earl Sweatshirt music. Earl has show relatively consistent & dope (+demented) lyrics, word play and flow. He already has a solid base of fans. Time to see what he does with it… (though, i seriously think it’s low hanging fruit based on his skills and fan base).

very intelligent for his age but because of the buzz very over rated.. Kinda sounds like a young MF DOOM

This shit was mediocre as hell. I commend his ability to string a bunch of rhyming words together to form random sentences. but thats about it. Lil cuz needs to put out some SONGS instead of overly written bars and ill consider messin with his music more

Odd Future had the real rap masses think’n this kid was their Max B. Dude was in reform school. He was already free. They understate the facts for street cred. SO LAME FOH! Oh and he reminds me of Charles Hamilton with that flow. A$AP IS WINNING!

Earl is dope. End of story. Good look for Hip Hop. Those who hate on him can’t comprehend well-written lyrics that are also coherent.
For the one up there saying the words are random and don’t make sense, take another look at the lyrics and their explanations (if you’re still too slow to grasp).

Yo honestly, I feel like the whole Odd Future basically got the flow, subject matter, etc. of an old Eminem. Beyond influenced, like a little too much.
