During his visit to The Angie Martinez Show on Hot 97 last month, Nas revealed that a song we should look out for off his upcoming Life Is Good album was a follow up to “Black Girl Lost.” Well plans have changed, turns out the sequel won’t make the album and Esco’s team is letting this go for his dedicated fans. Stream the Hit-Boy-produced “Another Black Girl Lost” down below. The song may sound familiar as the beat was also used by Tony Williams for his John Legend collaboration, “I Know You Missed.”

so on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being sorta shit, 10 being terrible, where does this fall in?
dont know why anybody would hook up with Hit-Boy. Dude is just a shitty beatmaker. If you want another poppy “niggas in paris” shit, then maybe. But not for any legitimate hip hop shit.

Take out the hook and it’s actually not that bad at all.

I actually like it. The hook could have been better though. I think he was trying to appeal to a different crowd with this…but overall, i like it.

i dont like it , but on the bright side , it wont be on the album !lets al face facts that his best years are behind him. i really just want 1 more album from him and thats it. and that album has to be 10 premo tracks … then he can retire and just tour ..

the fact that this song was even considered for the album just leaves a bad taste in my mouth [||].. I officially do not give a fuck about this release anymore

This shit needs to be Chopped n Screwed into a record that anybody with some decency would want to listen to.
His public satire was always harsh n never well put together.

Thanks for not putting it on the album.
