For the past few months, your girl Miss Info and Complex’s First We Feast have been cooking up a new show called Food Grails, where we dig into iconic foods both old and new across the country. Inspired by Justin Bolois‘ 2016 Chopped Cheese documentary, we’re excited to explore the way folks are mixing culture and cuisine in Compton and Watts.

You’ll also get to hear from new foodie heroes like Taco Mell, All Flavor No Grease and Trap Kitchen, plus local rappers such as Casey Veggies, Jay 305 and G Perico.
