After keeping us hydrated with The Water[s] and Wave[s], Mick Jenkins will continue his H2O-themed series with the release of his debut album, THC (The Healing Component), on September 23. Today the Chicago MC has shared a new single from the project, “Spread Love,” which showcases his smooth flow over a slippery beat from Sango. “All that gold is overrated, what do you do with your coin?/We gon’ try to spend some love with it,” Mick croons as he preaches harmony over hedonism.
