New Video: Lucki Eck$ “Boomin'”
Posted by Andy B. under New Artist Alert , New Music , Videos[3] Comments

Lucki Eck$, the gloom trap connoisseur who’s about to be everyone’s new favorite rapper from Chicago, offers the first preview of his upcoming project, ECKISM. Directed by Jimmy Regular, “Boomin'” follows Lucki on a casual stroll down the street while talking on the phone (to a customer? To us? To himself?) before snapping the cell. The hazy visuals and dizzying camerawork help capture Lucki’s unique sound, which is a powerful blend of pensive rhymes, sparse beats and an emotionally cold delivery. Sonically and visually, this kid exists in his own realm.
ECKISM will serve as the follow-up to Lucki Eck$’s impressive 2013 debut, Alternative Trap.
