God damn I am so proud of Angie. I remember being a little crumb snatcher begging my mom to give me the radio at 3 so I could listen to Angie. That was a decade and some change ago. I really wish her good luck.
Seeing Angie’s growth in this game is so ill, Info.
I remember waking up to her on the radio with i think it was Ed Lover back in junior high, and then her having the afternoon show which would cause everyone to race home after-school in the mid 90’s.
I even remember getting tight at Nas for talking shit on the air about her on Power 105 when he had his Hot 97 feud. This ain’t no stan shit, it’s just that for those of us born into Hip Hop, its rare that we still have people that we have literally listened to for over half our lives, still be relevant and a part of the game.
So whenever Flex or Angie or Ed Lover or whomever branches off into something bigger than when you first heard em, you kinda root for them.
She’s been one of the voices of Hip Hop, at least to me, for the longest, and its really appreciated. Good Luck Angie Mar…
nope, this is my blog, it’s not the stations. I didnt approve your comment because I found it offensive. Guess what, not all women in the business have to sleep with someone to work with them. If you make that leap of judgement, then you’ll do the same whenever I work closely with an artist. And I’m not having that.
at work. cant see the clip. this probably wont get approved but Angie is a little to kissy feely with every artist that she meets.
Good Luck with the show though.
“Cliff”.. Angie Ma has been a pioneer at what she does for over a decade. From the hot interviews, to the scoops and and exclusives. You’re an angry blogger tryin’ to take shots at people you wouldn’t dare to even speak to if they were right front of you. You need online help. Lol. Shout out to Angie for being the “Jay-z” of Tv world. That coming out of the god mc himself.
M-EZ. I remember Angie & Flex & Ed in their prime, & it IS cool to see them still part of hip hop.
SMH @ people saying sexist things on your comment section. screw them! you don’t have to approve anyone on YOUR blog info, keep doing you info. It’s a good look for the DJs/personalities/women/latinos that are part of hip hop to have their own show on tv, even if it is BET= Black Embarrasing Themselves Black Entertainment Television.
I think the show is gonna be pretty good coz Angie Ma has a bubbly personality, and makes her interviews more entertaining…Plus Angie is a hot girl, nice accent too
