Kendrick Lamar brought his live show to the road, literally. On Tuesday night, the TDE MC took to Twitter, informing fans they could meet him at two specific locations in Los Angeles that night. Turns out the rapper’s surprise was a mobile concert on the back of a moving truck, in partnership with Reebok’s #GetPumped campaign. Rolling down Sunset Boulevard and Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, Lamar performed various songs off 2012’s good kid, m.A.A.d. city and his newly released sophomore LP To Pimp A Butterfly, as thousands of fans ran for 5k behind the tractor-trailer truck with an attached flatbed that served as a mini stage.

Lamar’s To Pimp A Butterfly will debut No. 1 on Billboard’s Top 200 album charts on Wednesday. Released last Monday, the album will top the charts with an estimated copies 355,372 sold opening week.
