Kelly Rowland brought the great vibes during her visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday night. The singer spoke on her role as judge on The X-Factor, fellow judge Simon Cowell being a diva in the dressing room, and watching Star Search with Beyoncé as kids.

Serving as a judge on the original X-Factor U.K., Rowland looks back on her experience there, dealing with crazy contestants, bad singers, and trying to understand her co-panelist Demi Lovato.
