Kelly Rowland steams up our screens in the sensual video for “ICE,” the lead single off her Year of the Woman album due in 2013. The sexy visual takes place in an ice factory as Rowland puts her shirtless “employees” to work in the Matthew Rolston-directed clip. While Kelly re-connects with “Motivation” collaborator Lil’ Wayne on the new record, Weezy doesn’t make an appearance in the hot performance video.

Expect to see a lot more from Kelly Rowland in the coming weeks. The R&B songstress will co-star in the videos for Future’s “Neva End” remix and Big Boi’s “Mama Told Me.”
