French Montana is ready to top the charts again. After rocking most of last summer with “Pop That,” French is confident in his upcoming single with Nicki Minaj titled “Freaks.” Produced by Rico Love, the cut is set to appear on his Excuse My French album set to arrive on its new release date of April 16. On Friday, the Bronx rapper was in Los Angeles to film the video for “Ocho Cinco” with Diddy, Machine Gun Kelly, Red Cafe and Los off his Mac & Cheese 3 mixtape.

Rap-Up caught up with Montana to touch on his freaky single which drops next week and reveals it samples the 90s song “Freaks” by Lil’ Vicious and Doug E. Fresh.
