Mizay Entertainment manager Deb Antney has been catching heat lately because of her recent partings with both Nicki Minaj and Gucci Mane. Both of whom had longtime and very close ties with her.
Nicki Minaj is now being courted by Diddy, and other managers.
Gucci, while still locked up, is dissolving the So Icey imprint that he and Deb ran. And Gucci has now started Bricksquad 1017, and announced via press release that he’s bringing OJ da Juiceman and Deb’s own son Waka Flocka to his new label. Meanwhile, Gucci is now managed by Coach K, who helped A&R Gucci’s The State vs Radric Davis album but was also  Young Jeezy’s manager for many years.

Confused yet?

AllHipHop caught up with Deb Antney and when asked about the recent changes in her management roster, Deb quickly esclates from calm to fiery.
She says, I don’t have no beef with Gucci, that’s my nephew….I love Nicki, I wish her all the success in the world, you don’t have to stay with me… But has much different words about her detractors, Gucci’s new team…and the promoter Johnny Cabell and Ozone’s Julia Beverly who went to war over Gucci’s show bookings.
