Fabolous was arrested last night after allegedly assaulting his long-time partner and Love & Hip-Hop: New York star Emily Bustamante, aka Emily B, according to TMZ.

The Brooklyn rapper, accompanied by his attorney, turned himself into police in Englewood, NJ after Emily contacted the authorities. The couple have two children together.

TMZ reports that Fabolous did not spend any time in jail, but was cited for the alleged incident and is set to appear in court.
