According to court documents from TMZ (via NorthJersey.com), Fabolous (real name John Jackson), punched Bustamante as much as seven times in the face causing her to lose two front teeth.

The former Love & Hip-Hop: New York star, also known as Emily B, alleges the father of their two kids also threatned to kill her, her father and brother. The issues between the couple first started on March 7th, where Fabolous “became enraged” after learning on Instagram that his long-time girlfriend was in Los Angeles, where he was staying for a business trip.

According to Emily B’s report to police, Fab sent a text saying he wanted to hit her in the head with a baseball bat and that he would kill her but he “did not want to go out like that.” Emily feared for her life so much, that she remembered Fabolous has 2 handguns in their Englewood, NJ home. She proceeded to call her father to remove them before Fab got home. When Fabolous arrived home, he reportedly was infuriated to find her father and brother there, and went to look for his guns.

She claims Fabolous stormed out of the house, and told her and family “he had a bullet for them.”

UPDATE (3/31): TMZ has obtained footage of Fabolous in an argument with Emily B, and threatning her father outside of their Englewood, NJ home. Fab is seen holding an object while yelling and pointing at both Emily and her father, as his security guard holds him back. The rapper’s long time attorney Alberto Ebanks tells TMZ, “This is only an argument. There certainly is no crime being committed. If what you see in the video were a crime, we’d have to build more jails.”
