Recovery

Mikey: The numbers are in and they don’t lie. Eminem’s Recovery has sold 741,000 units in its first week according to Nielsen SoundScan. This marks Em’s 6th consecutive number 1 album on the Billboard charts. 255,000 of those albums sold came digitally. Congrats Marshall!

“That’s the second-biggest digital week for an album in history. Only Coldplay’s “Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends” notched a larger frame, when it debuted with 288,000 downloads in the summer of 2008.” Billboard
