After cryptic teasers over the past few days and an eventual announcement, Donald Glover debuts Guava Island. The tropical thriller, shot in Cuba, is directed by Hiro Murai (“This Is America” and Atlanta). Starring Donald Glover and Rihanna, the film centers around the character named Deni (played by Glover), who is trying to put a music festival together to unite the community on the island. Black Panther star Letitia Wright and Nonso Anozie from Game of Thrones also co-star in movie, which premiered shortly after Glover’s headlining set at Coachella 2019 on Friday night (Apr. 12).

Guava Island is available for free stream on Amazon Prime throughout Saturday (Apr. 13) and will be streamed at various times during the Coachella live broadcast. Sit back and watch the film now by clicking here.
