Beyoncé’s “Formation” tour kicked off at Marlins Park in Miami, Florida, on Wednesday night (Apr. 27). Before Queen Bey’s thrilling show filled with theatrics, dancing, and a Prince tribute, DJ Khaled served as the party starter. The CEO/DJ/producer, who is enjoying the highest point of his career with newfound fame thanks to social media, turned his opening set into a star-studded show.

Lil’ Wayne, Rick Ross, Future, 2 Chainz, Yo Gotti, and Trick Daddy all made guest appearances during DJ Khaled’s set. Jay Z was even spotted taking in all the action, posing for photos backstage after checking out the newest addition to his Roc Nation label.
