There are a few things I don’t agree with from Dame. One of them is dat he thinks it’s cheating if you used somebody else’s money to invest in a project or venture. That’s just stupid, if u know anything about finance or the time value of money, its smart to get funding. Yes u give up a certain level of control, but dats di balance u have to find, the balance of keeping the control u want and getting the funds u need. So I don’t agree with him there…

But for the most part he is talking some real shit and ppl can’t see it. Ppl want to take things they see in the media as gospel over what somebody who was involved in it has to say. Ppl don’t see that the media can and is able to be manipulated. U can put out a press release and send any msg you want or pay a blogger to put something out for you, basically paying for their credibility and following. But ppl continuously buy into dat shit.

Like the argument about who is relevant or who isnt. There are some ppl bubbling and some ppl’s relevance is manufactured by marketing dollars but the masses almost can’t see that. (That was a little sidebar lol)

So when Dame talks dat real shit about what happened after the deposition and the lawsuits he put out after, we didn’t hear about it and then when u hear dat real shit from somebody who was in it, we want to act like he talking sideways…

I’m not gonna talk like I know Dame is telling the truth, cause I don’t know but I can’t act like I know he lying or he being a hater or what not. From what I see, we need to be giving ppl like Dame our support because he is fighting on be half of us, whether u see that or not. I know he loud and obnoxious, gets in ppl’s face and makes ppl uncomfortable but the truth does that all on its own too. Maybe he could go about things differently but that doesn’t mean he is wrong for speaking out the way he is.

I agree with you tone!! … Dame nobody wants to work with (break bread) with Dame…because he just disrespects ppl for no reason … he just dissed and called everyone who works for someone else a “Slave” and less than. by Dame’s logic… Teachers = Slaves, Engineers = Slaves… everyone can’t be The Boss and its nothing wrong with not being a Boss. smh…. just think how a hard working teacher trying to change these kids lives feel listening to dame disrespect hard working americans.

Dame will never prosper with that negativity. you can promote entrepreneurship without dissing and tearing down the next man.

Listening to both flex and Dame’s augment, Its painfully obvious that they are both in too different solar systems. Flex’s condescending defends of his friend was pretty lame in comparison. In a debate he would loss miserably, because the jokes are a coverup for the lack of mental depth. Peep Flex’s 8 mile Eminem payola defense. Old trick. Not sayin that Dame is a saint or is not reaping bad seeds which he has sown in the past, and or his motive for “fight the power 2014” is pure. But dame needs a platform to speak. He gave a extreme lesson in manhood. Its a hard pill to swallow when truth comes from someone you dislike due to his own character defects.

Saying that people that have regular jobs and bosses are somehow “less than” is some bullshit. I respect the bravery of going out on your own and being an entrepreneur, but there’s also bravery in getting off your ass every day and sacrificing your autonomy to feed your kids or help society. Teachers have bosses, social workers have bosses, police, firemen, soldiers and most of OUR PARENTS had bosses. There’s no shame in that. Despite what Dame thinks.

P.S. Being a slave to rules that you learned “where you’re from”is also a position devoid of autonomy. You too have a boss, just not a physical one. So by your logic, are you a man?
