The season of love has arrived. Hip-hop’s hottest young couple in Ciara and Future are now engaged according to The Associated Press. Future surprised the “Body Party” singer, taking a page from Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s engagement, by presenting his girlfriend with a 15-carat diamond ring during CiCi’s 28th birthday celebration in New York City.

“Today Has 2 Be Like One Of The Sweetest Days Of My Life! #TheBestBirthdayEver,” tweeted Ciara on Sunday night. Shortly followed with “If I’m Dreaming I Don’t Want To Wake Up..Aaaaaahhh!!!:).” Chris Chambers, a publicist for the couple, confirmed the news to AP on Sunday evening. The two began dating in 2012, and during an interview with Hot 97’s Angie Martinez back in August, Future revealed his plans to marry the R&B star.
