well….this is interesting timing.
So Gucci Mane gets out of jail this past March, and for some crazy reason, his 6 month stint on a parole violation transformed him into a cult legend. His welcome home bash was the new years eve in the A. He’s getting calls to do records with everyone from Mario, Trey Songz, Lil Wayne, Soulja Boy….and a couple left-field big names that I can’t name. Even his homeboy OJ da Juuman is getting hot, teaming up with Jadakiss, and now R.Kelly.

Now while all this happens, you gotta think Young Jeezy is sitting back, watching, perhaps steaming. Clearly time has healed no wounds for these one-time friends and now serious non-friends.

And then this song leaks to the radio….

Mind you, this Friday, Gucci Mane, OJ da Juiceman and Young Jeezy are booked to perform at the 102 Jamz SuperJam in Greenboro, NC.

And then on Saturday…again…Gucci Mane, OJ da Juiceman and Young Jeezy are booked to perform at the Hot 107.9 Birthday Bash in Atlanta, GA.

hmmm…let’s hope both sides respect their radio sponsors and keep the peace.

UPDATE 2: According to Legend, Jeezy’s song is in response to Gucci Mane’s first post-jail mixtape with DJ Holiday, “Writing on the Wall.” Leg says there were shots fired at Slick Pulla and Big Meech on there? Ionno.
