Im a Cam fan and he was OK, and good to the Cam stans, dude was just playful with the beat. But what really bothers me is that this has to be one of the first time in awhile that Cam get to spit on a track produced by a huge producer and he didnt destroy the shit. He shouldve tried to have Pharell go ” oh shit, i have to fuck with this dude no homo” but who knows maybe he will. Its obvious how Cam spits that he is getting paid, he is not hungry at all. Dont get me wrong i enjoyed it but wish he was hungry on the beat.
Cam next time you spit dont eat or smoke for 24hr before you hit the booth. That way you stomach is touching, your annoyd, and you will go in there wanting to take someones head off and it will refleck in your verse.

lol, well sometimes I get shortfused and snap, but for the most part I’m just happy ppl are around to add their opinion. I really like the fact that most of the time, even when someone says something super disrespectful (to me or anyone) or something totally ignorant….there are other regular readers who catch it and check them down. I don’t even have to say anything. I can’t judge who’s smart who’s not smart and I dont want to get into the snobbery that I see with some sites. But I just value common sense.

Surely, I thought some people would comment on Pharrell’s Cam’ron impression or flow or whathaveu on the hook. This is the type of record that requires a rapper to be able to flow on a beat. There are some rappers that are lyrical warriors but never sound comfortable over a beat. And you have other rappers that can bend and twist their vocals to accomodate the music underneath and can ride a record like no one’s business, but lyrically, they are lacking. And the other very few have both. Pharrell and Cam collabo would be interesting. But let’s see if The Clipse can finally break through and be the hip hop elite group that we want them to be.

it sounds like clipse argued to be lyrical, and Cam wanted to say “ene mene miny moe!!” and they found some middle ground. As a proud black man its hard to be a fan of a song referencing chillin at a chicken spot(I can feel the white people snickering behind us), but this is tough.
