Will Smith and Jada Shoot Down Divorce Rumors: ‘Our Marriage is Intact’

Earlier today TMZ pointed out Touch Weekly put out a rumor regarding Will and Jada calling it quits in their marriage. As unexpected as it sounded, you can’t really call anything that happens in Hollywood outlandish these days. But the couple, who have been hitched nearly 13-years released a statement denying all reports regarding a divorce.
“Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false.” The two add, “We are still together, and our marriage is intact.” (via TMZ)

They handled that like bosses. Quick fast & efficient. Just like when Jay went on Hot97 & debunked the rumors he bitch slapped Yeezy (which wouldve been kinda funny on the look back had it really happened). Anyway Jay knocked that rumor out quick. Didnt let it simmer & have people talkin for the sake of spewin that bullshit gossip!

That’s how everybody handles it.The only thing is whether the public believes them or not. Will & Jada deny a rumor and people believe it, Nicki Minaj denied being slapped/punched or whatever and nobody believed her.

Well we know how this movie will play out.. First you get the split rumors.. Then you get the two sides saying wait that’s not true.. Then six months later they take some time apart (seperate).. Three months after that divorce.. I mean this might be the longest running sequel in hollywood.. How To Get Divorced In the Public Eye 101.. Some of the sequels have been better than others.. (Brad & Jen) lol

haha I was thinking the same thing. That’s the society we live in now. I looked at their denial like uh-huh, that just means they didn’t want it to leak yet. Hopefully it’s not true though, that’s everyone’s last hope on marriage.

yeah cause a swinger lifestyle makes quite a healthy marriage doesn’t it? Don’t preach good family values in public then your privately letting another dude dig out your wife and having orgy parties. Its beyond falsehood its hypocrisy that’s what people have a problem with. Practice what you preach its that simple. That’s why “cats” are scrutinizing them. Id apply the same criticism to a eddie long, or a porn star. I cant stand hypocrits and this “let em live” attitude only reinforces excepting something cause you think its cool.

There are TONS of healthy marriages with swinger lifestyles. Just because it’s not something you understand doesn’t make it unhealthy. I’m surprised some of y’all are being so prudish.
And Jada and Will never preached about their marriage. It’s not like they go out of their way to tell you how great they’ve got it and “you should be just like us” blah blah. If anything, media often go to them and keep asking the same “how is it being married to Will” question over and over again. From time Will and Jada been doing them. It’s y’all that keep applying these ‘family values’ crap to them.
Why is it your concern whether someone swings or not? It aint your marriage.
Besides, Will and Jada haven’t even said ‘we’re swingers’. Some lame probably put the rumor out there. IF it’s true, cool. If not, cool. I still don’t see why it matters to anyone.

Once you become a entertainer your life is public and mainstream;you have to accept public and media opinion comes with the territory period. Poor smiths the media are portraying them as swingers : ( You want privacy hollywood isn’t for you. I’m not getting into a debate wether I think its a disgusting lifestyle choice (which i do by the way, I never said it was wrong i just think them hiding it is). Like i said previously your only finding exceptions cause you see nothing wrong with it. which makes you a hypocrit as well cause if it were a different couple or situation you would have not had the same reaction.
sometimes the media is accountable for certain things but this isn’t one!By the way that makes will smith gay. literally ! lol

I have to disagree with you, I’m not a swinger or anything but that doesn’t mean it’s unhealthy, and it doesn’t make them fake or deceivers. I don’t ever recall them giving marriage advice or telling people the secret to a happy marriage. If you exemplify them and it’s not what you expected that’s your own fault.I’ve never heard them preach about their marriage so I don’t see how they are hypocrites.

Will Smith movies suck and Jada is just plain boring and nobody cares if they divorce because their careers are boring. They think they say profound things by saying, “I ask my wife if I can have sex with somebody”:…i’m thinking- what a dumb idiot (who would even admit something so stupid while raising little children…even to the world).
