Last night, Miss Info hosted the second stop on Vitaminwater x The Fader’s 2013 #uncapped concert series in New York City. Despite a crazy heatwave hitting the Big Apple, an intimate crowd of about 50 people gathered at the Ludlow Autobody shop in the LES to watch Earl Sweatshirt rock a private concert. DJ Venus X warmed up the audience before the man of the night Earl Sweatshirt took to the stage.

Vince Staples was on hand to play hypeman as OF’s most wanted performed mixtape favs and tracks from his upcoming album, Doris. We also got the first taste of “Burgundy,” a track that Earl says is one of his favorites from the project. After the 30 minute set, Info and Sweatshirt sat down in the humid garage for an interesting chat about exploded hard drives, creative bursts and Earl’s views on Jay-Z’s Magna Carta. The full conversation will be released next Monday and more performance footage is on the way. Stay tuned for more information on the next #uncapped event!
