Wale had an announcement to make on Wednesday afternoon, and promptly hit Twitter at 5 p.m. EST to reveal the news. MMG’s D.C. representer announced he’ll be delivering a new mixtape, Folarin on Christmas Eve (Dec. 24). For the project, Wale will be teaming up with legendary DJ/producer Clark Kent.

In addition, Wale had a lot to get off his chest and does so with the first release from Folarin titled “Freedom of Speech.”
