In spite of his early mainstream success, it seems like Mac Miller has been plotting his way back into the underground scene — that’s evident on his new album, Watching Movies with the Sound Off, which is fresh in stores this week. Now, under his producing alias Larry Fisherman, the Most Dope maestro teams up with rising West Coast spitter Vince Staples for his new Stolen Youth LP.

The project clocks in at a brief 10 tracks, but it displays Mac’s continued progression and experimentation behind the boards, while Vince brings his introspective thoughts and lackadaisical flows to a, hopefully, bigger audience. ScHoolboy Q, Ab-Soul, Joey Fatts, Da$h and Mac Miller (in his rapping form) all guest.
