MTV was on hand at the video shoot for Will.I.Am & Nicki Minaj’s collabo “Check It Out”. This one will be included on Pink Friday Nov. 23rd. If you remember, she first performed this record at this year’s MTV VMA Pre-Show.
“We’re doing an ode almost to Japanese anime,” Minaj told MTV News about the highly stylized animation style while on the Los Angeles set of the video. “I’m obviously a big fan, and I’ve joined forces with the only boy that I know that’s able to capture that culture.”

scrolling through those vintage flicks i felt so surreal and distant, and then that Waka Flocka thumbnail punched me in the face and said “wake up bitch its 2010. calm yo happy ass down.”
