I don’t think he deserves jail time though. He did not wave the gun at anyone and only injured himself.
I think if your going to carry a handgun in public, they should have public liability insurance though, should they cause damage to both private and public property.

What he need to feel cool for, he has a gun licsene in another state, even though it expired he always carried a gun. He made a mistake, he should have gotten a permit in n.y. I want to say I understand why he was carrying a gun but him having millions and all negate that. For all who have said it your right, they do run up on athletes in clubs, after the club, in they crib and on the street and try and rob them…. but why if you have money like that, do you carry the gun?
