Mikey: This past Sunday night at the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach, SC, Kid Cudi took a minute to address all the negative press he’s been receiving since he punched an innocent fan in the face on the account of mistaken identity.
“They tryin’ to make me look like the poster boy for violence… for ignorance. I tell motherfuckers I’m the poster boy for honesty, realness… anarchy. I don’t give a fuck about this business.
I never talk shit, right? Even on my album, it’s just” go to the record”, “go to the record.” You never hear me talking shit on skits, never hear me talking shit on songs. I just rap, right? Well because of my silence n*ggas try to take jabs at me… jabs at me. Well guess what I’m jabbing back!
I’m probably the coolest muthafucka in this business but people are trying to destroy me. All these other n*ggas that yall are probably fans of are sucka ass n*ggas. I met them and I’m not a fan of their music anymore.
This business is WWF fam, if you don’t comply they try and destroy you. But it’s cool because I got yall right?
3 Grammy nominations, I win I in!!!”
After he admitted to having some liquor in system but remained adamant on his feelings.

Iv said it before and ill say it again this guy is a damn joke. No ones trying to ruin him, Hes the one ruining him damn self. Fans will make there own decisions, people talkin bad isnt gonna bring someone down. Its when the fans meet you or come to your show and you turn out to be a douche bag thats when your losing your fans. Punching them will also do that too.
Sincerely,
CudiSucks

Whatever. Cudi was still wack for punching some random stranger in the face at a concert. At a CONCERT a fan of his paid money to attend. His dumb ass is lucky the fan wasn’t seriously injured. I bet Cudi’s wallet was injured after Gaga kicked him off the tour tho. Jackass.

Cudi is taking over and people are mad. Why hate on someone that’s NOT promoting violence, drugs, and the exploitation of women? Cudi is a breath of FRESH air in the now, STALE “hip-hop” game (not that he should be automatically linked into such a wack genre, now). Any ways, stop hating. And, nothing is wrong with speaking your mind. It has nothing to do with being emo etc. There IS a problem if you DON’T speak your mind and you become the likes of a slave to the powers that be. Cudi is not that guy, and from the looks of it, will never be. peace and love.

First let me state I am no fan of Kid Cudi, nor do I dislike his material, but @cudisucks
its opinions like yours, in an artist’s face that get dudes boxed in the mouth any way.
They market Hip Hop AND R&B as urban music, and they want Middle America to stay ignorant and distrustful of blacks so if it isn’t some “Sambo shit” then they have to find another angle i.e. violence. When the hottest act in the game is Gucci Mane (yeah i’m hating… still cant believe this idiot is winning) its actually refreshing to hear someone pride them self on being honest. Shit, I’m happy enough when the music is 10% less dumb.
@dj tech
you were prolly high when you thought that up too huh? good job douchefart…
@boudicon
Have you seen the vid of Gucci duffing out a woman? Thats true sucker ish at work…
@why the h8
I applaud your position, but when you look at what is “popular”according to the charts you dont even have to ask that question, its not that hip hop is stale… its becoming illiterate-friendly, and thats a damn shame… wake up yall… go read or some shit…
