HAHA just heard of dipset? Are you serious? I’m from NY so trust that I know their history and the history of a lot of other NY acts that get burn solely because they are from NY. cam’s album had some promotion but not on a major level. Jim had the major label machine behind him twice and no one bought his album. i think people outside of NY are over dipset. the trailer looks good though.

I think this whole beef then get back together shit is corny. Killa gonna be mad corny for this. He should just keep it movin’ with Vado and take off. Jim and them niggas is holding him back. That’s the only reason they fuckin with Cam, cause they need him. They couldn’t get no buzz without Killa. Cam had shit rockin with Vado. If shit was reversed, they’d still be clowning the shit out of Killa. But since they pockets gettin a lil light and fluffy, niggas wanna make up… I’d say, “Fuck Dat. We can be cool, but we ain’t gettin no money together no more.” Y’all wanted to be independent, so go be independent. Why they need Cam???? I don’t think they fully recognize how instrumental Cam was to their success. They need about another three years of solitary confinement to get their minds right. The only way they can be successful is by bringing some new and fresh music that we are going to hear others doing for the next 3-5 years. They can’t come back and not be anything but great or else this will fail. I am expecting the first hit to be a Cam and Juelz track, it really has to be.
They also need to spend money in order to sell albums, none of this $3,000 a video bullshit. The way they market this will go a long way in being successful.
Lastly, they need to walk the talk or just shut there mouths, this saying we are going to do all this shit and than do nothing will be the end no doubt.

Yo I think it’s ill that the Dips is getting back together. Honestly as a collective unit I feel like they do great work together, “I Really Mean It.” Excuse the pun.
One note I wanted to add is I feel Cam needs to get back to his Confession of Fire drive that he had. I mean he really made songs that had some substance and folks could relate to. It don’t feel like he got that same drive/passion anymore for the game. Like Vado for instance you can hear the passion and energy he is exerting when he rhymes. He hungry and it’s noticeable.

I just downloaded today “I really mean it” and “Dipset Anthem” … then i juss heard on the same day “salute” … i could not believe it… of course had to check out missinfo cuz my girl got tha scoop… and it was true…. life does get better!!!
