Mikey: The Clipse stopped through Harlemworld this afternoon for an exclusive meet & greet and album listening for their upcoming project Till The Casket Drops. Hosted at the Uptown sneaker boutique, Vault, the Thorntons unleashed that pure VA dope upon Harlem’s residents. With the majority of production coming from the Neptunes, DJ Khalil, and Sean C & LV, Pusha & Malice’s have finally found the perfect connects to make it to King Pin status. Come Dec. 8th, the streets will be fed. (Till The Casket Drops) Check out the clip as Pusha talks about the making of “Doorman” and “Popeyes”, music videos have been shot for both and should be hittting the net very soon.

The Thornton brothers could rap circles around most of ya’ll top 10 right now and I can’t wait for my favorite duo to come back around. Two of the most lethal lyricist to come out in the last 8 years, maybe now they will get their due but somehow I doubt it. The masses will still sleep on them and those with more discerning taste will always know the real and appreciate what they do. Hip-Hop music without an expiration date doesn’t matter how old Lord Willing and Hell Have No Fury get shit even Exclusive Audio Footage it’s always fresh and you always discover new things in the lyrics. So honestly I don’t even mind if the Clipse don’t get as huge as they should be that’s just the way I like it, those who are in the know, know! and those that don’t will never get it.
“Rappers is talking to me as if
We in the same boat I tell them quick no I move Coke!
And you and I don’t share no common bond,
So forgive me if I don’t recieve you with open arms (No)
It shames me to no end,
To feed poison to those who could very well be my kin
But where there’s demand, someone will supply
So I feed them their needs at the same time cry
Yes it pains me to see them need this
All of them lost souls and I’m their Jesus
Deepest regret and sympathy to the street
I see them pay for they fix when they kids couldn’t eat (so sorry)
And with this in mind, I still didn’t quit
And that’s how I know, that I aint shit (I aint shit)
My heart bleed but that’s aside from the fact,
I live from my kids and theirs and them youngins after that” (Malice) that lyric is so crazy!
