Vado freestyles and gets the Jadakiss cosign “He’s one of the best new n—as I heard” (DJ Scoob Doo Exclusive)

The homie DJ Scoob Doo (Lil Wayne’s videographer) was in the room for Green Lantern’s Invasion radio show on Monday, and as previously reported, it was major, with guests DJ Drama and Cam’ron promoting their upcoming Boss of All Bosses 2.5 mixtape, as well as Jadakiss promoting his upcoming “Champ is Here 3″ mixtape (which drops this Saturday). But they also let the new guy, Vado, get his freestyle on….after which, Jadakiss gave his thumbs up and said “He’s one of the best new n—as I heard…but that’s why he’s with Killa, he felt a connection.”
Drama: “Vado what did you feel about the XXL Freshmen cover…”
Vado: “You seen the show, shout to everybody that didn’t make it, but that’s under the rug…(Jada: Stop it 5! Don’t worry about that cover!)”
Shout to Scoob for the exclusive ; ) there’s more to come….his new “Nino Brown 3″ DVD drops on May 2

Im from NY so i know what NY is capable of. i think NY is so desperate for a new young star they just co-signing anybody. hes far from the next jay z, nas or biggie. his man Jae millz got potential, in my opinion he is one of the most slept on NY rappers

I respect you guys Opinion on this dude but i have to disagree. One Jae millz is not nicer then him. Jae Millz is on young money and still over shadowed by corn balls like gudda gudda and tyga.
Two you cant compare him to big, nas or jay (“hes far from the next jay z, nas or biggie”). Thats the problem… people want orginality but are quick to compare them to people. And who is original now a days anyway???
I think Vado has alot of potential. Dude is nice and with the right productions he will be good. I will agree he does sound the same on most tracks but thats something that can be changed/work out as he grows as an artist.

neither gudda, vado or tyga are on jae millz level lyrically. vado is ok but hes just “OK” nothing extra. no disrespect to jadakiss but he once thought j-hood was the HOTTEST, in my opinion Jhood never been hot, kiss opinion dont mean its truth.

I’m def not going off kiss opinion. Kiss co-sign jhood cause he was part of his clique… just like jay-z co-signing bleek or Cam co-signing jimmy when he 1st started rapping.
I think kiss’ thoughts about the dude is genuine. Do I think vado is the next thing smoking.. nah … but i think he is nice lyrically. Ja millz is like murda mook… they are freestyle (but not really freestyle) battle rappers.. they sound good on smack dvds but cant make songs to save there lives.

Vado is real hip hop. hes not on that bullshit like drake and wayne who rap about garbage and say the same things on every track. hes from the street, so he raps about street shit. thats just real. Yall compare to much. Your never going to see another Nas, or Big. those are once in a life time dudes. thats like saying lebron is better then michael. He sounds like an average NY rappper. He reminds me of Papoose. Basically if he does get far enough and continue to sound the same like that. His album will not do well or sound well. That’s the key. The album. Big Nas Jay Pac and whomever you consider a great. I bet that even though they could have killed the mixtape game. If their album wasn’t worth anything to listen to. None would be mentioned. It’s been a while since an NY artist actually made a change or took risk or has been prominent. I am more of a down south listener but I like all sides. I am not a lil wayne fan. I can deal with Drake but don’t consider him great either. But I will say this. They take risk. They swithc it up on you and you don’t stay bored. Those are elements that all great artist should have. Alot of people are like oh this is not real hip hop and that’s not real hip hop but be honest with yorself. Would you take the chance of buying the albums that supposedly suppose to be true unfilterd hip hop? Just a thought.
