Just days after performing at the 2015 JUNO Awards, The Weeknd made his way to Austin, Texas, taking part in this year’s SXSW festivities. The Toronto singer-songwriter as one of many artists who hit the stage at Austin’s Coppertank Events Center on Thursday night for YouTube’s SXSW event.
The 25-year-old XO artist used the moment to test some new sounds, debuting a brand new record during his performance. Rumored to be titled “Mood Music,” the bass knocker is produced by Chicago’s Million $ Mano, who recently contributed to Big Sean’s Dark Sky Paradise by co-producing “All Your Fault,” which features Kanye West and Travi$ Scott.
