Before this, ’90s rapper Tim Dog was infamous for dissing Dr. Dre (and Snoop) in the mid ’90s. His “Fuck Compton” record took shots at the West Coast way back in ’91. Who knew he would go on to become a professional scammer and end up scheming the live savings of multiple women. As a surprise to most of the hip-hop world, Dateline dedicated a whole show to Timothy Blair’s scummy ways. Though he ruined the lives of numerous women was he has only been convicted of amassing a $32,000 credit card debt to one victim. He has been ordered to pay back $19,000 and serve 5 years probation. Has justice been served?

Tim Dog is an a$$hole for doing this to these women. Tricking someone into giving you money on a promise that they too will make money is wrong. But this is a common scam and people fall it everyday on and off the internet.
He didn’t force these women to do anything and they could have all just walked away. But to be fair it’s easy saying that after it’s all explain by a reporter on TV.
Moral of the story, there is not such thing as “easy” money.
