The Game Responds to Fox News Anchor ‘Jesus Piece’ Criticism: “I’m Really, Really Pissed Off”

Although it’s been nearly two month since The Game revealed the cover to his fifth album Jesus Piece, controversy over his artful touch continues to roll in. The album, which officially dropped five days ago, became food for criticism for Michelle Malkin, a conservative commentator on Fox News. And then all Twitter hell broke loose.
It all started when Malkin posted the album cover to her website with a link that read “see the blasphemously “dope” album cover here.” Her comments did not sit well with Game, who backfired with a tweet that read “She’s racist, & makin racial & blasphemist comments about my album.” The passionate words ignited a Twitter back-and-forth in which the rapper urged his followers to boycott Fox News. The public exchange got so heated that Games’ fans jumped into the fight, sending Malkin angry tweets and even death threats. “Aw, what’s wrong — is your trashy album not selling?” she tweeted to Game. “Not afraid of you or your race-baiting misogynist gangstas.”
Game spoke to DJ Skee thereafter to defend his album and his comments. Watch the entire interview after the jump…

That album cover is niiiice! Anyway, Christian conservatives like Michelle Malkin think they own the imagery of the white christ. Ain’t no satisfying those fools, they live in an alternate reality.
Also: Skee is a terrible interviewer, had to stop watching cuz he kept interrupting Game.

I don’t have any issues with it, but I would say it is more the red bandanna and tear drop tats giving it a gang vibe than it is the color of its skin.

Game just got pub he couldn’t buy – FOX need to quit the b.s(really). It reminds me of Bill O’Reaily going at Breezy for no reason, 50cent jumped in and called Bill out for his sexual harassment situation…in this new media age, their kinda game can be easily slayed. The same way they went after Serena after her Olympic win for the Crip-dance – FOX trying too hard to generate hate….switch your game FOX!!!2013…

Game needs to spend more time making hits than arguing with Fox News clowns. His album is about to sell less than 100k first week. For a formerly platinum artist with loads of high powered guests, that’s borderline flop. That “Celebration” single isn’t doing s–t on the charts. Now Game is talking about wanting to get back with 50. SMH.

I was back up there over the weekend and it shamed me to see what’s been done in the name of “equality, fairness, diversity”, large parts of Cleveland NOW look like Beirut!

well, who wouldve thought that the Game would be the more articulate, calmer, and more rational one in a “beef” with a news reporter. im not quite sure that “trashy album” and “misogynist gangstas” fall under journalistic objectivity.
