Things I am excited about….webcasting live from Hot97 Summer Jam again; the premiere of MTV’s Hip Hop Squares;  this Great Googa Mooga food festival that I’m going to in Prospect Park with It’s The Real; the wedding of a beloved co-worker; the Intl’ Contemporary Furniture Fair at the Javits Center; Prometheus, new Sherlock Holmes episodes, shrimp tacos; black and white cookies…ok, now I’m just getting off track.

But I’m also really excited about this Anchorman 2 movie starring Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Steve Carrell and more…well, maybe anxious is the word. I want it to be good. Anchorman 1 is one of my all time favorites. But when has a sequel to anything ever been a good thing? Let’s just try to stay positive and check out this bootlegged teaser before Paramount Pictures shuts it down.

Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis team up for The Campaign:This looks like they put Old School, The Hangover, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, and Dinner For Schmucks into a meat grinder, and then shoved it into a sausage casing, and then boiled it, and then tried to shove it in my mouth with canned saurkraut. NO!

On the other hand…I always love these “Drunk History” skits that Will Ferrell’s Funny or Die site does. And now that feature is being turned into a TV show for Comedy Central. This seems like a stretch. But so many of those 30 minute shows on Comedy Central and Adult Swim are. Hmm…

And here is the official poster for Anchorman 2. I think a shot of everyone’s chest hair would have been more effective. I’m assuming Ron’s is permed.
