T.I. Back In Federal Custody, Moved To ‘Undisclosed Facility’ For Using Tour Bus
Posted by Mr.North under hmmm....? , sigh....[13] Comments
T.I. has hit another road block after being released from federal prison this past Wednesday. According to TIP’s lawyer, Steve Sadow, the rapper was removed from his halfway house yesterday and relocated to a different facility at an undisclosed location.
Prison officials objected to the King of The South using his tour bus to move from the Federal Correctional Center Arkansas to his halfway house in Atlanta. The halfway house was to serve as the final place TIP finished the remainder of his 11 month sentence.

They mad he used his tour bus? They jus think of stuff to “object” to..Free T.I (again)..hopefully he can finish out the rest of his halfway house stint witout a problem..cause this guy is too talented to be away from music, the game lacks a certain quality witout Tip..esp down south

That’s that B.S right there. Why does his means of transportation matter long as he arrives back to the half-way house on time and follow the rules. He was allegedly filming a reality T.V show for bet it probably spooked them.
They didn’t want all the attention and cameras to expose how flawed the system is; cause lets face it the State department of corrections isn’t exactly known for its code of conduct and human compassion. What bugs me out is they know T.I isn’t a regular prisoner what did they expect from him to rely on a state department pay check or work a 9-5 for minimum wage while going back and forth taking public transportation ?

Supposedly he was supposed to be picked up from someone on his approved visitors list. And the tour bus pick up was a technical infraction of that. Not to mention the idea held by most about the illegal activities associated with tour buses.

A person that needs to approved is different that a means of transportation that needs to be improved. I haven’t even see a distinct explanation of the infraction.

No matter they claim was suppose to happen a tour bus cant just show up at a prison and say ‘im here to pick up so and so’
“…someone….approved…” had to be there to say “im here and im responsible for getting him there”
trust me ive been there.
If somebody in da jail fucked up it can cost them their job or it can cost them a hefty law suit. but nowadays the courts, the penial system and the board of parols and pardons band together and DENY RESPONSIBILITY when the shit can turn around an bite’em in the ass.
But what it really comes down to is they want him to Humble himself to the uttmost due to the amount of leanancy they gave him base on his initial charges. “Guns o’ Plenty”

SMH…the system got this cat in a bear hug. Lets be real, Why would he even put him self in this position…You know you need to comply, they give you a sheet of “Do’s’ and ‘Don’ts” ..Once again, TI failed to pay attention to the details. What a shame….

Frankly its sad on many levels…
1. He reported on time, sober and drug free per his requirements. Had he not done so then I see the issue clearly and consequences must ensue.
2. It wreaks of animus. The Warden is angry at the mode of travel??? Really the man is a multi millionaire. Tour buses, Maybachs and Private Flights come with the territory. That he did travel in some Ford Econoline passenger van is crap.
3. Sadly T.I. should have known better and kept this low key. While I have no issue with the bus, they (i.e. the warden) clealry wants to exercise his little bit of power over him.
IMO Tip traveling in any lesser form of transport opens the door to him stopping in public places for meals & restroom breaks. That to me creates more issues than a bus with a kitchen & bathroom that once filled with fuel can make the run non stop. It was IMO the best, most sensible and trouble free option. That the Warden and prison system would actually not see the value in that is sad.

True, we don’t want our favorite rapper and/or any other good man in jail. But T.I. should’ve known better than to have a DAMN tour bus pick him up from jail??? And taking pics and giving autographs!!!Sheeeeesh!!! Talk about giving the prison system the middle finger. And after they been giving T.I. all kinds of breaks. Hell, he could’ve still been doing 10 plus years for the gun charges, REALLY!!!!! Look at Plaxico, look at Prodigy, look at Ja’Rule. Need I mention Shyne! And did you forget Remy Ma. I know you did. We need our strong innovators out here making music, standing strong, being teachers, helping the communities and showing us that even in our best of times, things can be even better!
